Facilitator Certification, Wisdom & Healing Path Training Registration

Wednesday, September 12 - December 12, 2011

Due to the intimate, deeply personal and communal nature of this training, all interested women must have an interview with Erica. Please contact her to be sure this training is a fit. If you’ve connected with Erica and you have been accepted into the program, please proceed to reserve your spot by filling out the registration form below.

Once you submit this form, you will be given the opportunity to pay your $300 non-refundable deposit plus $7.50 PayPal Fee, securely online using PayPal, or via cheque.

A confirmation will be e-mailed to you as soon as possible.


For full or final payment after deposit: Cheque for $1,697 by Sept. 1. 

For Payment Plan after deposit: 3 post-dated cheques for $645 dated Sept. 1, Oct. 1 and Nov. 1. 

 

Terms of Certification:

I understand that in order to be certified as a DOWH Facilitator, I am expected to attend all sessions and final presentations, complete all homework assignments, plus facilitate 2 workshops. I may miss up to one Sunday session and two Wednesday evening sessions. I understand that final certification will be granted at the instructor's discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

I acknowledge that the $300 deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel on or prior to September 1, I will receive full refund of payment less $300. If I cancel after September 1, or I am a no-show, I will receive no refund.
