I can remember the first time that I attended the dance experience. I remember how I truly... felt myself returning "home"... I started feeling compassion and love for myself, of which I hadn't allowed myself to feel since before becoming a mom. I was reclaiming the part of me I gave away, my passion, my spirit, ME!
