I love that there are no limits, no pre-conceived conditions or notions. It's about loving yourself and unleashing what is in your heart. Thank you.

A fabulous book; a wonderful practice.

Dear friends,

Here's an inspirational book to carry you into the next season ---

"Imagine a Woman in Love with Herself: Embracing Your Wisdom and Wholeness."

Written by Patricia Lynn Reilly, this 208 page soft-covered book, based on the twenty stanzas of Patricia Lynn Reilly’s poem of the same name, will fill you with gifts of empowerment and wisdom.

To read the full book review, go to: www.danceourwayhome.com/node/89

In the next newsletter we will review "The Storyteller's Goddess". Stay tuned.

“Imagine a woman who believes it is right and good she is woman.

A woman who honors her experience and tells her stories.

Who refuses to carry the sins of others within her body and life.”

"Imagine YOURSELF as this woman" at Dance Our Way Home.  Join us this fall.

Blessings from Erica and the growing DOWH Community.

Set Your Life in Motion (Workshop)

This workshop offers you the essence of DOWH, a non-verbal practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, devotion and celebration, in a beautiful expressive and creative community.

Come feel supported and loved just as you are.  Relax, let go of stress, and find the joy and peace of self-love, self-acceptance and inner power, to express who and where you are in your life. Celebrate, play and enjoy spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health.

Perfect for everyone. No dance experience needed. Only a willingness to move, and be moved.
