The DOWH Immersion was a perfect marriage of intuitive, creative, feminine right-brain nourishment and structured, logical, left-brain learning. I felt well supported and guided by Erica as she gently and lovingly prepared me to step into the role of facilitator by honouring my individual needs, creating a safe space and most importantly, by being an example of authenticity, joy, and heart-centered facilitation.
